Condition
Pricing/Typographical Error
If Jumuah industrial comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information, Jumuah industrial shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund monies, if any, collected from the customer within 10 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order.
Cancellation of order
Jumuah industrial reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Jumuah industrial is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the jumuah industrial policy or for any reason. However, Jumuah industrial will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Jumuah industrial are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss shall remain with jumuah industrial until the item is transferred to You. In the event that the items are damaged after receipt, the risk falls on the customer.
Delivery
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Jumuah industrial ’ delivery dates are estimates only and Jumuah industrial is not liable for delays in delivery. Jumuah Industrial reserves the right to make partial shipments and Customer will accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered. A delayed delivery of any part of an Order does not entitle Customer to cancel other deliveries

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
